SiS means Sisters In Sportsmanship. We are a nonprofit youth-development organization using competitive cheerleading to help young athletes build confidence, leadership, discipline, teamwork, academic excellence, and lasting sisterhood.

Who We Are
More than cheerleading.
SiS Cheer Connection, Inc. is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity headquartered in Covington, Georgia. Cheerleading is our platform, but youth development is our purpose.
We provide young athletes with quality cheer instruction while reinforcing leadership, accountability, respect, academic achievement, community service, and preparation for life beyond the competition floor.
Our organization is being built to offer families a professional, supportive, and community-centered alternative to traditional all-star cheer programs. Athletes are challenged to grow in their skills while learning what it means to support one another, represent their community, and lead with character.

SiS Cheer Connection serves girls ages 6–18 in Newton County, Covington, and surrounding East Metro Atlanta communities.

Young people who are new to competition cheer and need a welcoming, structured environment in which to learn and develop.
02 Families Facing Financial Barriers
Families who have been priced out of traditional competitive cheer programs or need a more financially accessible path to participation.
03 Developing Leaders
Athletes who want to build confidence, discipline, teamwork, leadership skills, and meaningful connections with their peers and community.
What We Do

Competition and Exhibition Cheer
Structured cheer instruction focused on technique, teamwork, performance skills, confidence, and competition readiness.
Clinics and Camps
Skill-building opportunities that introduce athletes to cheerleading fundamentals and support continued athletic development.
Leadership and Mentoring
Age-appropriate opportunities that help athletes strengthen communication, accountability, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Academic Encouragement
A culture that reinforces academic responsibility and recognizes athletes as students, leaders, and whole individuals.
Community Service
Activities that teach athletes to serve others, represent their organization responsibly, and remain connected to their community.
Family and Community Engagement
Clear communication, community partnerships, and opportunities for families and supporters to contribute to athlete success.
Working to remove financial barriers.
We believe access to competitive cheerleading should not depend solely on a family’s ability to absorb the full cost of participation.
SiS Cheer Connection pursues grants, sponsorships, donations, fundraising opportunities, and community partnerships to reduce financial barriers and expand access for young athletes.
Funding is not guaranteed, but returning to families for additional fees is intended to be a last resort. Our goal is to build a financially responsible program that supports athletes without placing unnecessary financial strain on their families.
